SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At "yourmallintheusa.com", we offer standard delivery to any address within the USA. However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. 
We deliver where our logistics partners have affiliates, and while we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting your items to you quickly and safely. For a list of locations we deliver to and our rates, you can select your item and proceed to the checkout page as rates are based on weight and volume. When you enter your delivery details, we will automatically calculate delivery charges based on the address you provide.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation, from our warehouse. This may vary depending on circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging and shipping of the order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. You can check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner with your order number. There will be an additional charge for redelivery if no one is present to receive the package. Provide your contact number at the address selected at checkout so that the shipping company can contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
